Whenever I read one of these articles (A mother dishing out islamic justice to her kids) all I can think of is this hypothesis:
I hypothesize that this action is actually _illegal_ in that region of the country. We know that Islam allows this sort of bullshit, but I’m not convinced that every region does. It’s sorta like how the LDS allows polygamy, but the country does not. Ergo, the US isn’t speckled with polygamous men.
So here is what I think happens. The father kills the kid, but it’s illegal and he doesn’t want to go to jail. So he blames the whole thing on his worthless islamic slave/wife.
He gets his thing, and stays out of jail. She serves the time. I spoke to a friend of mine from Turkey (Not a great friend, just an islamic transplant with a mailorder family that he abused regularly) that muslims in Turkey did this when the place wasn’t fully islamic.
They would commit Islamic tortures and punishments, and then send their daughters or wives to the gallow’s pole. And THAT is compliant with Islam.
Under Sharia law, a parent cannot be punished for killing a child. And the parents have the right to forgive anyone who kills their child, which lets off Junior acting under orders when he kills his sister.
