I know the problem (!), and it's even worse when posting from my supposedly "smart phone" with its small keys, small display and word-completion function.

Proof read indeed. And keep handy the old, reliable Websters Dictionary for spell checking. If for no other reason than in it's classic from it makes a great door stop.
