Shell-BG Merger Takes Another Step Forward.

Royal Dutch Shell plc's acquisition of BG Group plc took another step forward with the receipt of unconditional merger clearance from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, the company said Thursday. Following previously announced clearances in Brazil and the European Union, three of the five pre-conditions to the Shell-BG merger have now been satisfied, leaving only approvals from Australia’s Foreign Investment Review Board and China’s Ministry of Commerce outstanding.

Obama doesn’t care. BG Group is developing natural gas for the Palestine Authority, Kazakhstan and Burma.

Canada gets flipped off, labor gets screwed, Texas Refinery development gets shut down. Sos our 2 time winner Nigerian POTUS can inflict and tighten brotherhood controls on the most pitiful of countries. Rab would love to hear pop-up Rino Ann Coulter slam thr “birthers” again.
