A FRiendly reminder to be precise in your terminology (because some folks get a might snippy about it ;'). This is the flag commonly known as the "Stars and Bars":
This flag is the one known as the "Confederate Battle Flag" or "The Battle Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia":
But this flag, called the "The Second Confederate Navy Jack" is what most people commonly identify with as the "Confederate Battle Flag":

Did I reveal my true "stripes"? j/k I believe that when my father took me to the Centennial at Gettysburg, the hat that I talked him into letting me wear, (the grey Johnny Reb cap) had a sticker of flag number 3 on the top. I was only nine, but I suspected that my father was somewhat of a Southern sympathizer. He talked a lot about States rights. But, I guess it is no secret now, I approached Gettysburg from the North (kinda like Lee did, only different). Any Yankee, without some rebel spirit, ain't worth a damn.
