He tells her the doctor said he was too late. That he is following his doctor’s advice but he still doesn’t know why he is too late. Honey, it will take another doctor’s visit?

Something tells me that "his" wife knew before the "husband", but, she was either enjoying the sex, or was afraid to disclose it to the "confused male/female". The wife could tell when the "husband" walked funny, and couldn't have children, and wore pink more than the wife. ;)
