The “big news” (if true) from Sibley is his claim that Vogt has made public at the Supreme Court the name of the person he claims to have forged Barry’s BC. How good that evidence is remains to be seen.

Sibley tells Rush that the name of the person Vogt thinks is the BC forger is in the 75 page case file at the Supreme Court. I checked over at FogBlow and they haven’t sent their minions over to the courthouse yet, but we shouldn’t have to wait too long.

Vogt also claimed that another woman helped the forger. This Jane Doe is according to Vogt a very well known Birther and a spy for the Obama Administration.

Update on getting a copy of Doug Vogt’s file claiming to have identified Barry’s BC forger to SCOTUS...
No progress yet...but Fogblowers have cross-posted this FR thread and the SCOTUS case number 13-1158 so that any Fogblower in DC could stop by SCOTUS to in theory get a copy of the “public” record of the 75 page filing that includes the evidence of who it was that Vogt thinks forged the BC (as could any FReeper).
Even if Vogt is wrong, there could be some leads there. Who knows? That is how a real investigation proceeds.

I regard Vogt’s “evidence” to be baseless speculation of the worst sort against all of the people that he names, so except for one, I won’t repeat them here. I fully understand why Mike Zullo has distanced himself and the CCP from Vogt.
It is totally unfair to Miki Booth for her to be smeared based on speculative claims of Vogt which don’t even make sense to me, and I am a retired Certified Fraud Examiner.
I hope that FReepers who post on BR will rise to defend her. Presumption of innocence is a right we are all entitled to as well as a right to a jury trail and high-tech lynching is no more justified than the old-fashioned kind, IMO.
BTW, as can be expected the Fogblowers are howling with laughter over what gullible fools the BirtherReport “birthers” are because, sadly, many of the folks who post there are buying Vogt’s accusations and denouncing Booth!
