How did the CIA get DNA from Obama’s grandparents?

This video appears to be from the 2008/2009 timeframe, Obama's "grandmother" may have still been alive. If not, mitochondrial DNA is passed down on the mothers side, so if Stanley Ann Dunham is actually his half-sister on his mothers side, then they should have identical mitochondrial DNA.

I always thought it more likely that SAD was the mother, and SR was not the father, looks like I may have been wrong. I'm going to have to go back and look more at Fred Nerks, other mother theory.

any of them could be used to prove the DNA for Stanly Armour Dunham and Madelyn Payne..

Obama’s mother was an only child but her father had an older brother and her mother had 3 siblings..

some or all of them had children who would carry some of the same DNA that Obama should have if he was related..
