who favors letting states dictate that employees deemed a "sexual preference" orientation can be considered "minority class status"...hence every workplace in those states will have to "prove" they are not "discriminating" vs. transgenders, homosexuals, "bi" & every other "alternative" sexuality under the sun by hiring a given declared "%" ... a new "sexual preference" quota system in place...
