I was a bad student, suffered great pain at Stanford and treated women badly ~~ Mark Ndesandjo
Then, in a moment of weakness, he cheated.

Ndesandjo describes feeling suicidal as he left Stanford mired in disgrace.

First, his suspension from Stanford, and second, a trail of bad debt he had left in the US.
~~ Mark Okoth Obama Ndesandjo sits down for a candid chat with Jenni Marsh
Yes, Mark Okoth Obama Ndesandjo was kicked out of Stanford for attempting to steal a post-graduate exam paper. Theft is a crime.
I blew a few smoke rings, remembering those years. Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though—Mickey, my potentional intiator had been just a little too eager for me to go through with that. ~~ Barack Hussein 0bama
Yes, possession of cocaine is a felony in Hawaii. Both of them have admitted to committing crimes, but some here believe that they should be admired for admitting to it.

Junkie. Pothead. That’s where I’d be headed: the final, fatal role of the young would-be black man. Except the highs hadn’t been about that, me trying to prove what a down brother I was. Not by then anyway. I got just the opposite effect, something that could push questions of who I was out of my mind, something that could flatten out the landscape of my heart, blur the edges of my memory. I had discovered that it didn’t make any difference whether you smoked reefer in the white classmmate’s sparkling new van, or in the dorm room of some brother you’d met at the gym, or on the beach with a couple of Hawaiian kids who had dropped out of school and now spent most of their time looking for an excuse to brawl.

In Hawaii, it is a felony to possess marijuana within 750 feet of school grounds, parks, or within 10 feet of a parked school vehicle. It is punishable for up to five years in prison and fines up to $10,000.

So what remains to be answered is did he ever earn any degrees, much less two master’s degrees?

Can we assume he had the bachelor’s because he was at Stanford to be found cheating on a post-grad paper? He allegedly completed a bachelor’s degree at Brown in Rhode Island in 1988, then went to Stanford, from which he now says he was suspended. At what point was he reinstated in order to finish his advanced degrees? He claims on his website a master of science from Stanford: http://www.markobamandesandjo.com/

“He has a BSc. Physics (also completed BA math requirements) from Brown University, an MSc Physics from Stanford and is an Emory EMBA graduate.”

What role did Chu play in it, if any, and why? Conflict of interest not revealed in any confirmation hearing?

In 2001, allegedly got a master’s in business from Emory in GA in 2001.

Let’s not forget this: http://209.157.64.200/focus/news/2377996/posts?page=66#66 Mark writes letters to the editor.
