Both things are equally unquestionable...he is Constitutionally unqualified to hold the office, and his holding the office constitutes a high crime, and as such, he should be impeached and removed from office.

(1)The Supreme Court has rejected every challenge to Obama’s constitutional eligibility without comment. Under “the rule of four” it takes four Justices to agree to grant a Writ of Certiorari which means agreeing to hear a case before the full court. Petitions for Writs of Certiorari were submitted to Justices Souter, Kennedy, Thomas, Scalia, Roberts and Alito. None of them were able to get four justices to agree to hear an Obama eligibility suit.
(2)All 435 members of the House of Representatives signed on to the resolution commemorating the 50th anniversary of Hawaii’s statehood and the statement, “birthplace of the 44th President of the United States” in that resolution.
(3)Parents’birthplace has zero effect on natural born American status if a person was born in the United States.
(4)Not one of the 535 members of Congress objected to Vice President Cheney certifying the Electoral College vote declaring Barack Hussein Obama to have been duly elected.
(5)Chief Justice John Roberts swore Obama in as the 44th President, twice.
(6)No member of Congress has yet attempted to introduce a bill of impeachment.
(7)Obama has presented a perfectly legal document verifying his birth in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961 at 7:24 p.m.
(8)Two birth notices appeared in the Honolulu Advertiser and the Honolulu Star-Bulliten sunday newspapers on August 13, 1961 documenting the birth of a son to Mr. and Mrs. Barack Obama of 6085 Kalanianaole Highway, Honolulu on August 4, 1961. Both newspapers got their birth notice information from the state health bureau and not from parents or relatives.

(4)Typical of lairs and criminal deceivers, you want to establish credibility using the cowardice of mostly your elected representatives. Cheney's choice to ignore his oath of fealty to the Constitution doesn't make your affirmative action bastard any more credible! You leave out that the claimed address for the Obama's is erroneous, having been the actual address of another completely different family for more than fifty years, AND that this supposed health department flawless list does not show the Nordyke TWINS who were born just a few hours after Barry is claiming to have been born yet they have lower brith cert registry numbers!
