Yep. Probably equipped with a .50 or a mini gun. With intent of dialing 911 at the first appropriate opportunity to call for help... "123 Main Street, Anytown -- I'm under a terrorist attack. There's at least a dozen terrorists in and around my house, SEND HELP NOW!!"
