Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested a Colombian migrant in Massachusetts last week who was wanted for homicide, according to the agency. A Colombian court had given him a 17-year sentence in 2016 for aggravated homicide, aggravated theft and possession of a weapon. The migrant allegedly crossed the southern border near San Luis, Arizona, without being inspected, admitted or paroled by U.S. immigration officials.
