Don’t look for the man of sin. Look to Jesus who is coming soon. Only after Jesus comes and catches up his own into the clouds and into heaven (1 Thess. 4:16-17) will the man of sin will be revealed (2 Thess. 2:7-8).

The Blood Of Christ (Romans 5:9)
The importance and value of the blood of Christ must never be minimized: See Romans 3:25; 5:9; 1 Cor. 6:20; Eph. 1:7; Col. 1:14 (KJV); Rev. 1:5; 5:9; 1 Peter 1:18-19. See also Acts 20:28 (the blood of God!). Note: Concerning “the blood of God” in Acts 20:28, God does not have a body and does not have blood. God is invisible, non-material, and non-corporeal, and He does not have blood. But God became a man (John 1:14) and the God-Man did have a body and did have blood and did shed His blood on Calvary’s cross. We’ve been saved by the blood of the Lamb!
Hebrews 9:22 is a key passage. Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin! Our redemption from the slave market of sin demanded that a price be paid. That price was the precious blood of Christ.
What is the significance of the shedding of blood? If Christ had been stoned to death (as the Jews desired to do to Him) would this have been considered as “the shedding of blood”? The answer is “yes” as we learn in Acts 22:20. In Christ’s case we know that death by crucifixion was essential because the Scriptures must be fulfilled—John 12:32-34; 18:32; 19:36-37; Psalm 22; etc.
Read Genesis 9:6 were capital punishment was instituted. Notice the expression “by man shall his blood be shed.” Think about execution by hanging as was done in the wild, wild west? Would this violate Genesis 9:6? Would it be a valid form of capital punishment?
See Matthew 23:35 and Romans 3:15 (violent death by murder). In most cases, when a person is murdered, blood is shed (poured out). If you were to enter a room and see a puddle of blood on the floor, you would probably not be too surprised to find a dead body near by. When the Jews killed the sacrificial lambs, blood was shed.
Another key verse is Leviticus 17:11. “For the LIFE of the flesh is in the blood . . . for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.” Blood is essential for life (Compare the constant pleas of the Red Cross for blood donations). When enough blood is shed or poured out, then there is death (apart from medical, procedures that would put blood back in). Thus the “shedding of blood” speaks of death. This is clearly seen in Romans 5:9-10 where the blood of Christ (v.9) is equated with the death of Christ (v.10):
“justified by His blood” (v.9)
“reconciled by His death” (v.10)
These are parallel statements because verse 10 is an explanation of verse 9. The subject of DEATH is also found in the context of Hebrews 9:22 (see verses16,27-28). Also when the high priest took the blood into the holy of holies (Hebrews 9:7), the blood carried this message: “A death has taken place; an innocent substitute has died and thus the penalty has been paid!”
The actual amount of blood that Christ shed on the cross was minimal (from the nail wounds in the hands and feet and perhaps from the crown of thorns). A larger amount of blood poured forth from the spear wound (John 19:33-35) but this was after Jesus had already died.
When the expression “blood of Christ” is used in the epistles it refers to the precious CROSS-WORK of Jesus Christ, especially His SUBSTITUTIONARY DEATH on behalf of sinners. The shedding of His blood involves, among other things, the GIVING OF HIS LIFE (John 10:11).
May we never forget the price that was paid for our redemption (1 Cor: 6:20; 1 Peter 1:18-19)! May the blood of Christ ever be precious to us!
Beware lest we should make the blood of Christ something mystical and magical as the Roman Catholics have done (cf. THE MASS, etc.).

The Thessalonians’ epistles are meant to COMFORT God’s people by telling them by God’s Word that they will be taken out of the earth before the wrath of God descends on the earth and the man of sin is revealed. The word “comfort” appears SEVEN TIMES in 1 & 2 Thessalonians.
There is no comfort if you believe against God’s Word that you’re going to still be here when the tribulation of God’s wrath launches. Daniel’s 70th Week AKA the 7-year tribulation begins with the start of WWIII nuclear holocaust (Ez. 38-39, Rev 6:2-8), and 1/4 of the world is slaughtered (Rev. 6:8). And that’s just “the beginning of sorrows” (Matt. 24:8).

But certainly with the Man of Sin confirming the 7-year Covenant of ‘Peace and Security’.
I can only hope to leave some sort of trail of the Scriptures for Tribulation Saints.
So this has the purpose of evangelism AND leaving a trail as a sower for that harvest too.
Still, Tribulation Saints will have the angels of Revelation chapter 14.
In a very short period of time, covid turned peaceful citizens into raving lunatics, violent encounters ensued, and a massive run on grocery store items caused widespread shortages of basic needs items. People were going out of stores with carts loaded up 5 feet high with things like toilet paper, lysol, cleaning products, etc etc etc. It got real insane, real fast, and caused fights to break out in ,any places as people hoarded and fought each other and accused others who didn’t wear masks of “crimes agaisnt humanity”
One thing it showed us was that when the going gets tough, people will turn on others in a heartbeat. Friendships go out the window, and even close knit families will alienate other members for “not complying” with state mandates.
Covid destroyed many family relationships, many of which have not reconciled to this day.
The antichrist is going to exploit the greed and selfishness of society, and turn neighbor agaisnt neighbor, just like happened with covid where people were actually turning others in for “not complying”- people turned into George soros clones- turning in people left and right, thinking it would somehow gain approval by the tyrants running covid mandates.
Thankfully though we saw people fight back and flood the snitch-lines with nonsense reports, causing the gov to stop the snitch lines.
Keep them coming Ferris. The videos from John MacArthur and John Ankerberg are needed now more than ever.
