Apparently, they have lawyers who tell them they are not required to do so.

15 years is a long time to be running a business the state says you are required to have a license for, without one.

There is no evidence that Ethan or Rusty ever saw the order the state claims to have mailed to them last August which threatened them with arrest if they did not comply.

I sent a credit card payment to Pennsylvania a couple of months ago through the US postal service. It took two weeks to get there.

It's common knowledge that a lot of US mail is stolen in Filthadelphia.

I'm now having to make plans to avoid sending mail through that center of corruption and thievery.
