Weinstein is a reference concerning evidence allowed. He was convicted in 2020, the prosecution used (and the judge allowed) tainted testimony not pertaining to his case and is now getting a new trial.

Yesterday’s testimony revealed differently. At least related to Stormy. There was no evidence to this point Clifford came after him for money. Trump and/or his team sought her silence as it became known she was releasing a story.

Hope’s testimony showed he lied when he denied knowing anything about it publically in 18 when in fact she was involved in the silencing efforts in 16.

Yes, she mentioned keeping newspapers from Melania on the access Hollywood video (doesn’t she watch tv or listen to the radio?) but she also said Stormy caused Trump just as much concern campaign wise. There are so many that try to absolve this as an either/or situation when it appears to have been both personal and political. One doesn’t negate the other.

Since the judge clearly said Trump can testify, do you expect he will take the stand like he promised early on? Will he give us a Col. Jessup moment? B
