The Senate Commerce Committee is set to advance Maria Cantwell’s (D-WA) Spectrum and National Security Act (SNNA), potentially with Republican support, on Tuesday. While the bill has some national security provisions, its primary purpose is to extend “Spectrum Auctions” along with DEI giveaways disguised as “infrastructure.” The importance of stopping this bill goes beyond simply putting the breaks on yet another corporate giveaway and Biden regime DEI grift; an especially troubling part of the bill is that it sets a fixed policy on spectrum auctions for the next five years, effectively handcuffing future President Trump from using this critical piece...

South African artist Tracey Rose accused the Kunstmuseum Bern of having a censored an artwork mentioning a “Muslim Holocaust” from her current retrospective there, claiming that the Swiss institution had objected to such phrasing. On social media over the weekend, Rose also denounced the Kunstmuseum for hosting a talk on artistic freedom connected to her show. She claimed that she had not been invited to the panel, which included one of the exhibition’s curators and the museum’s director. “This is prejudicial to the global audience to whom my Artwork speaks, as well as elitist and exclusionary – distasteful to say...

Shortly after Oct. 7, the president of the Ford Foundation, Darren Walker, issued a statement on the foundation’s behalf. Walker, who has been lauded by Laurene Powell Jobs as an "optimist," a "realist," and a "prophet who speaks truth to our world’s most troubling demons," announced that the Ford Foundation would bankroll "immediate humanitarian relief efforts in Gaza and the Middle East." "Administered by our colleagues in the Middle East and North Africa regional office," Walker said, "the resources will go to partners in the region to provide life-saving support and other essential needs to the affected Palestinian civilians in...

On Tuesday, the Biden administration plans to announce an executive action protecting undocumented spouses of American citizens that would shield about 500,000 immigrants from deportation, according to four sources familiar with the matter. “This is the biggest thing since DACA,” said one of the sources, an immigration advocate, adding that it was a smart political move by the Biden administration. The program, known as “parole in place,” would also make it easier for some undocumented immigrants to get a green card and a path to U.S. citizenship. The sources also say that the undocumented spouses would be allowed to obtain...

There’s a very disturbing trend unfolding in Biden’s upside-down America. Political dissidents—Americans who refuse to conform to the regime—are being targeted, harassed, imprisoned, and even killed. It’s increasingly feeling like Joe is channeling his inner Kim Jong-Un. This isn’t the America we know, yet here we are, up against one of the most tyrannical governments to ever seize power. In another horrific nightmare, a Trump supporter has been fatally shot by federal ATF agents during a raid at his home, leaving his family and friends shocked, horrified, and bewildered. ... While we struggle to understand what happened to this man,...

Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson. Fox News Digital obtained a letter Grassley, R-Iowa, and Johnson, R-Wis., sent to Secretary of State Antony Blinken, demanding answers on whether Kerry properly complied with federal records law as secretary of state. Whistleblowers told Grassley and Johnson that Kerry used the email address “SESTravel1@state.gov” while serving in his official capacity. “We want to know whether then-Secretary Kerry properly complied with all federal records laws and regulations with respect...

President Joe Biden’s campaign aired an ad on Monday that capitalized on the weaponization of government against his political opponent, former President Donald Trump. The Biden campaign has mostly shied away from campaigning on Trump’s criminal conviction — until now. In a $50 million ad buy through the end of June, Biden will cast Trump as a criminal and himself as a protector of family values. The Associated Press described the ad: Besides Trump’s criminal conviction, the ad, titled “Character Matters,” notes the former president also was found liable for sexual assault and financial fraud in separate proceedings. Trump also...

Former chief White House medical adviser Anthony Fauci revealed in a forthcoming book that former President Trump dropped expletives during a 2020 phone call with him during the COVID-19 pandemic. Fauci recounted in a new autobiography that Trump dropped numerous expletives in the call just three months into the pandemic, according to reports from The New York Times and The Daily Beast. The Daily Beast reported that the rants included Trump screaming f-bombs at Fauci multiple times, according to the copy of the book obtained by the outlet. “The president was irate, saying that I could not keep doing this...

The establishment in Washington, DC, is preparing to resist and thwart reforms to the federal bureaucracy proposed by a potential second Trump administration. Trump plans to purge the administrative state by firing career bureaucrats from the DOJ and the FBI if he wins reelection, nine people involved in the effort told Reuters in May. Trump has repeatedly vowed to drain the administrative state, or “deep state” as he termed it, upon returning to office. The term “administrative state” specifically describes the phenomenon of unaccountable and unelected administrative agencies, including the national security apparatus, exercising power to create and enforce their...

Nearly every time President Joe Biden appears in public these days, he fuels the chatter: Will aging Joe bow out of the 2024 race? Will he be forced to step aside? In the latest incident, former president Barack Obama was seen on Saturday reaching for Biden's hand and seemingly guiding the 81-year-old Commander-in-Chief off the stage at a Los Angeles fundraiser. And that came after Biden stood motionless and stared blankly for a full minute at a Juneteenth celebration at the White House on Monday, as others sang and danced around him. Eventually, Philonise Floyd, brother of the late George...

Republican National Committee (RNC) Co-Chair Lara Trump issued a stark warning to Democrats who are preparing to cheat in the election. During an appearance at Turning Point USA’s convention in Detroit, Michigan, former President Donald Trump‘s daughter-in-law told the audience, “This year is the year we do it.” “We are also sending a loud and clear message out there to anyone who thinks about cheating in an election,” she began. “If you cheat in an election, we will find you, we will track you down and we will prosecute you to the full extent of the law,” she added.

Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty speaks at an April 30 Board of Commissioners meeting. (Hennepin County) ************************************************************ During a May 28 event, Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty explained she believes there’s an effort to cause the public to fear crime. “Moderate Democrats have done a lot of work in making people afraid of downtown Minneapolis,” she said. “There is a concerted effort to make people afraid of crime.” The conversation took place between Moriarty and Dr. T. Anansi Wilson, a Mitchell Hamline...

A few things that President Trump with a Republican House and Senate can do to immediately stop the downward spiral: Fire all the Democrat lawyers and activists you possibly can from government perches. Cut the government, cut the spending, for the first time ever. Slash the income tax for personal and business. Again. Make it permanent this time. Drill, baby, drill! Achieve energy independence again. Become a net exporter again. Secure the border. again. Deport all the illegals that can be deported. Then deport some more. Reapply the tariffs. Again. Get us out of foreign wars. Again. Tell the UN,...

The Libertarian Party of Florida’s Executive Committee approved a motion over the weekend calling for the Libertarian National Committee to investigate allegations concerning the validity of votes cast for the presidential ticket during the party’s recent national convention. The resolution, first shared via X on Sunday, urges the LNC to investigate claims that the presidential and vice-presidential nominations at the party’s recent national convention may have been compromised by ineligible votes. While the party states that it remains committed to supporting its 2024 presidential ticket and will place it on the ballot, the resolution highlights concerns about potential legal and...

Constituents have not enjoyed a better life under the decades-long congressional reign of Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC), challenger Duke Buckner said during an appearance on Breitbart News Daily, noting that individuals are struggling in that district under Democrat leadership. “Actually, at the end of this term, he will have had 32 years. So he’s been in there over 30 years, and it’s time for him to go,” Buckner said of Clyburn. “And I mean, he’ll be 84 years old next month, and all of his political clout and high rank and being the Majority Whip during the Obama administration has...

Vance thinks that jobs lost because of incompetent central planning don't matter—but that jobs lost to immigrants do.In an interview published this week by The New York Times, Sen. J.D. Vance (R–Ohio) calls for a more muscular federal government to intervene even more aggressively in the economy than it already does, to create what Vance calls "incentives" for American workers. In doing so, Vance inadvertently reveals one of the major flaws in this line of analysis. Vance's opinions about these things carry significant weight, in no small part because he's on the shortlist to be Donald Trump's running mate. With...

It has been 143 days since the Curling v. Raffensperger case rested and Judge Totenberg estimated “about 30 days” to make her ruling. Is she going to wait until it is too late to do anything with the voting machines? My guess is YES, she will delay her ruling until it is too late to do anything. Judge Totenberg is looking like she has been influenced or corrupted by pressure from the state. I bet she retires before making her ruling.
