Al Qaeda Reportedly Warns U.S. That Attacks Not Over Sun Jun 9, 9:15 AM ET

CAIRO (Reuters) - A statement claiming to be from al Qaeda spokesman Sulaiman bu Ghaith has warned the United States it would face more attacks, which could involve non-conventional weapons.

The statement was carried Sunday on a Web site, www.alneda.com, which has in the past issued statements that claimed to be from Osama bin Laden ( news - web sites)'s al Qaeda and news on Afghanistan ( news - web sites), where the group was based.

"We are still at the beginning of the road," Bu Ghaith said in the statement. "The Americans have not yet suffered from us what we have suffered from them."

He said the United States had killed, directly or indirectly, thousands in Iraq, Palestinian territories, Afghanistan, Sudan, Philippines, Bosnia and Kashmir ( news - web sites).

"So we have the right to kill four million Americans, including one million children, displace double that figure and injure and cripple hundreds of thousands," he said.

"We have the right to fight them by chemical and biological weapons so that they catch the fatal and unusual diseases that Muslims have caught due to their (U.S.) chemical and biological weapons," he said.

It was not clear when the statement in Arabic was posted on the Web site, to which access is often difficult.

The comments were made in the third of a series of articles headlined "Under the Shadow of Spears."

Bu Ghaith, a Kuwaiti-born cleric, emerged as an al-Qaeda spokesman after the September 11 attacks on the United States. Kuwait has withdrawn his nationality.

The United Sates accuses bin Laden and his al-Qaeda network of masterminding the attacks that killed about 3,000 people.

In the second article earlier this month, Bu Ghaith warned the United States to get ready for another attack.

U.S.-led coalition forces are still hunting for the remnants of Taliban and al-Qaeda fighters in Afghanistan, after launching an offensive in October that ousted Taliban from power.

So, Al Qaeda believes they've got the right to kill four million? Interesting eye-for-an-eye set of ethics. If they kill my children, Al Qaeda and Isalm and the middle-eastern nations that support them earn the right to extinction--of course that's just my opinion.

This would not be a wise thing...not even to kill another thousand. You do and Arafat's prediction about an explosion will be very true. No Arab will be safe in this country. You folks had better straighten up your attitude or you ARE going to get what you wish for.

I don't really want to hit a al-qaeda site. I feel like I'll wind up on a list and have all of my web activities monitored.

I suppose I've earned the right to wear a tin-foil hat.

Americans don't believe in "an eye for an eye". For terrorists and the nations that support them, it will be "Under the Shadow of DaisyCutters and Fuel-Air Bombs"

No Arab will be safe in this country.

Wish I could be as confident as you are that that were so. But before 9/11 I would've said that if any group of filthy a-rabs ever hijacked four airliners and flew them into the WTC and the Pentagon, killing thousands of Americans, no arab in this country would be safe. But look what happened. Zippo.

I think the best tactic here is to simply hire a bunch of Tony Soporno mafia guys....and put out the hits. Make it look like a rival muslim group. We can even create our muslim mafia group out of thin air if you want. And we start picking Saudi activists. They are the most likely targets to select from. You make sure that it looks like a Muslim hit and everyone will start to look around at other groups in a different way. Its the same thing in the US. We simply make them worry about their own backyard. After you terminate a couple of hundred throughout the middle east....you sit back and see who fills the shoes...and then you terminate them. Saudis have the money, and they are the target to pick from.

... Bu Ghaith, a Kuwaiti-born cleric ...
What subtle moral reasoning. What profound spiritual depth. What penetrating, soul-searching introspection. Can you not feel the hand of God on this shepherd of the faithful? Can you not hear the voice of God through this man's voice?

"...no arab in this country would be safe..."

A large majority of Arabs in America are in fact Christians who have themselves fled the Islamist menace.
