On Wednesday, the Jerusalem-born actress objected tartly in the Harvard Crimson to law student Faisal Chaudhry's April 11 essay on U.S. policy concerning Israel and the Palestinians. Chaudhry framed the Arab-Israeli violence as "Israel's racist colonial occupation" in which "white Israeli soldiers destroy refugee camps of the brown people they have dispossessed for decades."

It is heartening to read Natalie's essay in response to the twisted framing of the situation.

If we all take a stand and expound it instead of avoiding it with humour; and or mealy mouthed acceptance of whatever comes down the pipe, it might swing momentum back to the right and clarity of purpose.

I wonder whether this was leaked to Lloyd Grove by Natalie's press agent [in which case she would have had time to prepare for the revelation of her family name], or if Lloyd Grove did this on his own.
