Sources said Zubaydah, who initially identified himself as Abu Ubaid, has admitted his identity but has not cooperated with investigators so far.

He will undoubtedly cooperate once the Egyptians and Israelis and Jordanians go to work on him. Sucks to be him right about now.

Well, they'd better "isolate, disorient, and deprive him" double-quick. These monsters are up NOT giving up, and this little twerp knows who's who and what's what. Every tidbit of information squeezed from his pathetic frame could save dozens of lives.

If they want some help, I'm sure they'll have no problem finding volunteers for a little round of "good cop, bad cop". My hand is raised....................:)

I have been very skeptical about our "friends" the Pakis-and I still am.

But we do owe them for this, especially if this scumbag gives up OBL.

I posted this same suggestion on a similar thread yesterday. I believe a paste of salt and iodine, just moist enough to conduct electricity, rubbed into the bullet wound in his groin would aid in his interrogation. I'll gladly volunteer my battery charger--it has a "boost" mode. I'd even be happy to demonstrate its use. All I ask is that I get a copy of the video.

I fly out Saturday for NYC on business. Doubt my visit there will do anything to quell the rage still burning inside me.

They're giving the appearance of helping us,
only because President Bush made it quite clear to them what would happen to Pakistan
if they didn't do what we demanded.
They are not our "friends."

the interrogation teams assigned to the case will isolate, disorient and deprive him of "his support system" in order to get him to talk.

I hope that means we will 'isolate' him from parts of his body and 'deprive him of his support system,' like his heart and lungs.

Yes. Then you have a very dead and unhelpful Zubaydah, that is, if he is Zubaydah. Does he have driver I.D.? etc.,>p> If he sings, what song is he singing? From which songsheet?

We would be better replacing all the no brainers, stumble bums and careerists, in the FBI, CIA, Mi5 MI6, etc., etc., who were asleep on watch on 9/11 than worry about what this guy may or may not tell us.

Great... now you've got me wondering, after they whisked him, whether they battered him prior to the grilling...

Yeah, stick his head under water until he talks.

His mission, the sources said, was to reorganize al Qaeda and strike back at U.S. interests.

This will always be the mission of some organizantion in the world. Especially when scum like Ararfat are allowed to do business during the war on terrorism.

Horsefeathers. If that was true, then Bush would have already won the war on terrorism everywhere simply by making threats.

"He will undoubtedly cooperate once the Egyptians and Israelis and Jordanians go to work on him. Sucks to be him right about now."

I suspect that the Turks are actually the ones "helping him remember". Perhaps we could convince the Brits to loan us a Gurkha or two to help them out.

I hope the U.S. sends him to Turkey for an Islamic Interrogation .... Islam being the 'religion of peace' and all. I also trust the quote below has special meaning:

Cliff Van Zandt, a former FBI profiler, told The Post the interrogation teams assigned to the case will isolate, disorient and deprive him of "his support system" in order to get him to talk.

Translation: "We will begin by cutting off his toes, and then his feet and then move upwards .... using a blow torch"

Donald Rumsfeld: the Master of Understatement.

"There is no question but that having an opportunity to visit with him is helpful," Rumsfeld said.

So would 6 hours of non-stop listening to techno music. It works for me.
