I actually agree with the Democrats on this one. Everyone has First Amendment rights. If they get violent, then arrest them.

Sorry, but if one has heard any of the legal logistics of going against the first amendment...

do we still even have that?

we have existing laws to deal with violence, trespass etc.

But if I want to say I hate...LGBYQ, Muslims, Baptists, blacks, whites, hispanics...or anything else...even Jews, Arabs, or Hebrews...I can do so peacefully.

Some laws should die a death on the senate and house floor, because they are wrong by our morals, amendments, and laws.
