I am a Navy Veteran that had the pleasure to serve aboard the USS Nimitz CVN 68, USS Carl Vinson CVN 70, USS Yellowstone AD 41 and USS Samuel B. Roberts, FFG 58 before I left the fleet. I look at my grandchildren (three granddaughters and one grandson) and wonder if they can have the dreams I had? Being a Freeper is a way to be with you all who feel the way I do. We can not pick our destiny’s (we could be living during the Mayan period) but it is what it is. We cannot be the generation that let America’s Greatness fall. This is not Sparta! This is America!
