It’s been two and a half years, and soon the 2024 presidential primary season will be upon us, so it’s worth revisiting. Not all the details, just the big picture, and just a couple of very big numbers. Over the past two and a half years, the Left has constantly reminded us that the courts threw out a number of 2020 election challenges (usually without even taking a look at the evidence presented), and that the various people involved in filing the challenges have given up and withdrawn their charges after seeing the overwhelming forces marshalled against them. But none...

THE “ALBERT SENSOR” IS AN ORWELLIAN SURVEILLANCE AND CENSORSHIP ENTERPRISE FOISTED ON UNSUSPECTING COUNTY ELECTION ADMINISTRATORS Guest post from the Editor of the Estancia News, David Clements, and Erin Clements Recent bombshell articles reveal that New Mexico’s Secretary of State, Maggie Toulouse Oliver, has illegally centralized New Mexico’s elections, exposed them to the internet, processed them on uncertified software, and lied about it to the New Mexico legislature. Toulouse-Oliver has also granted the federal government essentially full access to county election systems through surveillance devices called “Albert Sensors” provided by a private, non-profit called Center for Internet Security (CIS). Coincidentally,...

The swing state of Wisconsin has been called out for at least one vote-rigging scheme that has swung elections. But there's more than just Zuckerbucks, a privately funded entity which invaded public election spaces without voter consent in an act the state's special counsel office said amounted to 'bribery.' According to JustTheNews, there's also this:A Wisconsin lawmaker is questioning whether it was legal for a political action committee to pay people to encourage others to vote for liberal Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Janet Protasiewicz in the state Supreme Court election in the latest mobilization tactic to raise integrity concerns...

On Wednesday, Kari Lake’s lawyers argued that the court did not properly consider the evidentiary claim that 35,363 ballots were not accounted for in the final count in Maricopa County’s 2022 midterm election. Per the April 5th filing in Lake’s election integrity case, lead attorney Kurt Olsen reaffirms in the brief that there “was no record for delivery” to Runbeck of the “Election Day early ballots.” Olsen reasserts from earlier filings the “undisputed fact that 35,363 unaccounted[-]for ballots were added to the total of ballots at a third[-]party processing facility,” referencing Runbeck. Wednesday’s brief asks for reconsideration of the evidence...

Billionaire Hansjörg Wyss, a Swiss national who lives in Wyoming, has become a “Democrat-aligned mega-donor,” according to the Associated Press (AP), thanks to his funneling hundreds of millions of dollars to left-wing groups. “Newly available tax documents show that his giving through the Berger Action Fund, which describes itself as advocating for ‘solutions to some of our world’s biggest problems,’ swelled in 2021 to $72 million, cementing Wyss’ status as a Democratic-aligned megadonor,” the AP reports. Wyss, who built his fortune creating the medical device company Synthes USA, which was sold in 2012 to Johnson & Johnson for $20 billion,...

"Community mobilizers" could make as much as $270 by creating a list of 75 people and making sustained efforts to turn out 60 of them to vote in the Wisconsin Supreme Court election. Wisconsin lawmaker is questioning whether it was legal for a political action committee to pay people to encourage others to vote for liberal Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Janet Protasiewicz in the state Supreme Court election in the latest mobilization tactic to raise integrity concerns in the battleground state. Wisconsin Takes Action, a project of Organizing Empowerment PAC, held live Zoom training sessions during the Wisconsin Supreme...

Lombardo introduced SB 405, which would implement voter ID requirements and commonsense reforms to Nevada’s unsupervised mail-in voting system. After his Democrat predecessor’s expansion of mail-in voting left Nevada’s elections in complete disarray, Republican Gov. Joe Lombardo is backing legislation designed to restore integrity to the state’s electoral system.Last week, Lombardo introduced SB 405, which would implement voter ID requirements and commonsense reforms to Nevada’s unsupervised mail-in voting system. Under the bill, citizens would be required to show “proof of identity” in order to vote in person, which includes “a document or identity card” issued by Nevada, the United States, “or...

We learned in 2020 that contributions to BLM were funneled through ActBlue, the major resource for Democrat donations, and then funneled to at least one organization run by a member of a domestic terrorist group. TGP also reported that in early 2020 FOX News reported that half of all donations to ActBlue in 2019 came from “untraceable, unemployed donors.” A preliminary computer analysis by the Take Back Action Fund, obtained exclusively by Fox News, has found that nearly half of all 2019 donations to ActBlue were made by people claiming to be unemployed. “After downloading hundreds of millions of [dollars...

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio took the stand and testified in the federal trial of Prakazrel “Pras” Michel, founder of the hip hop band Fugees, and his alleged involvement in a money laundering scheme that included a huge — and illegal — donation to Barack Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign. FACT-O-RAMA! Fugees are best known for their cover of Roberta Flack’s “Killing Me Softly With His Song.”DiCaprio recalled a conversation with Malaysian financier Jho Low, who mentioned that he was looking to donate millions of dollars to the Obama campaign by giving the money to Michel and having him pass it to Obama’s...

“He told me that he, or he and a group, were going to make a significant contribution to the Democratic Party. … I said 'wow, that’s a lot of money.’” Movie star Leonardo DiCaprio took the stand in a federal trial on Monday that seeks to hammer down the details of what appears to be a money-funneling scheme that features a Malaysian financier funneling tens of millions of dollars through a prominent 90s rap artist for the purpose of donating to former President Barack Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign. DiCaprio plays into the saga because he was said to have partied...

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio told a Washington jury on Monday (Apr 3) that Malaysian financier Jho Low revealed his plans to donate up to US$30 million to help US President Barack Obama's 2012 reelection campaign in what prosecutors allege was part of an illegal foreign influence operation. "It was a casual conversation about what party he was in support of," DiCaprio said, telling jurors that Low said he planned on giving "a significant donation" to the Democratic Party that was "somewhere to the tune of US$20-30 million." A team of investigators at Michigan Fair Elections has been looking into activities of concern during the General Election last November 2022. Today, we are saddened to announce that blatant violations of multiple election laws appear to have occurred in Ann Arbor: Approximately 600 voters were registered and allowed to vote absentee after the 8:00 pm deadline on November 8, in direct violation of MCL 168.731(3). Unbelievable as it sounds, more than 120 of these voters registered on November 9, and their ballots were counted in the November 8 election These violations are documented. They occurred on the University of...

Nevada rejected a higher number of mail-in ballots in the 2022 election than the final vote margin that decided a close Senate race last year, according to an analysis obtained by The Daily Signal. The Public Interest Legal Foundation, a conservative election watchdog group, found that 8,036 ballots were rejected. Democratic incumbent Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto defeated Republican challenger Adam Laxalt by 7,928 votes. So, 108 more votes were rejected than the final tally that separated the two candidates. The analysis also found that 95,556 ballots—almost 5% of those listed on the state’s active voter lists—were sent to undeliverable addresses....

Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s lawyer, Kurt Olsen, said that Maricopa County did not have a few bad signatures on mail-in ballots in November’s election, but an entire “systemic failure.” Arizona Supreme Court affirmed most of the trial court’s and the Arizona Court of Appeals’ rulings in favor of Democrat Gov. Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County, but did remand one of Lake’s claims — that signature verification laws for mail-in ballots were not followed by the county in 2022 — to the trial court for consideration. ... Olsen told FrankSpeech.com host Emerald Robinson Thursday, “The Supreme Court did remand...

A team of election experts in New Mexico uncovered an election system that is being used in that state and multiple other states that do not comply with election laws. Election experts in New Mexico established that the post-election canvass reports in all 33 New Mexico Counties are being illegally prepared. Complete election records are being uploaded to an uncertified, centralized software under the control of the Secretary of State (SOS) called SERVIS, which is then used to create the official election results. Use of any uncertified software for this part of the election process is a violation of federal...

Roughly two years ago, Biden issued an executive order that went relatively unnoticed and has been mostly forgotten by now, but which endangers the integrity of our elections. Executive Order 14019 instructs federal agencies, some of which are unrelated to election administration, to collaborate with external private groups to “promote voter registration and voter participation.” As innocuous as this sounds on its face, the White House is emulating billionaire Mark Zuckerberg’s efforts to influence the 2020 election and turning it into a publicly-funded operation. That’s right: who needs Zuckerbucks when taxpayers like you can fund Democrat voter outreach? And before...

Last week, when Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger publicly supported ERIC after it was tossed out of Florida, West Virginia, and Missouri, we issued the Raffensperger Challenge. The Raffensperger Challenge is the application of Fractal analysis to any entity that currently uses ERIC. This week, we finished the first, in Washoe County, Nevada. Brad Raffensperger says anyone outing ERIC is "extremist." Today, two more extremists joined in: the secretaries of state of Iowa and Ohio. Looks like lots of extremists showing up for work. Is there anyone in politics who believes that elected officials in the two most benign...
