Mark Twain is often misattributed as saying, “It’s easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.” The sentiment is definitely Twainesque, but he never said it. Nevertheless, it’s still true and demonstrable time and again in our post-truth society. As more “normies” have started waking up to the reality that the Covid-19 “vaccines” are ineffective and dangerous, a lot are finding news way of defending their decisions to get jabbed rather than admitting it was a mistake. Conservative comic Scott Adams, who is most famous for creating the Dilbert comics, is not one of those people....

Dozens of New York City employees who lost their jobs for not complying with the COVID-19 vaccine mandate have filed a $250 million lawsuit seeking to end the rule as the pandemic is winding down, new court papers show. The group of 72 former employees are asking a judge to overturn the mandate given that politicians, including President Biden, Gov. Kathy Hochul, Sen. Chuck Schumer, have “all declared the pandemic is over,” according to a Bronx Supreme Court lawsuit from Thursday. Many of the fired employees — from the NYPD, FDNY, Department of Education, Department of Health and other agencies...

On Friday, New York Supreme Court Justice Gerald Neri blocked the state’s COVID vaccine mandate for health workers. The ruling held that Governor Kathy Hochul (D) and the state’s health department overstepped their authority by bypassing the legislature and mandating vaccines that are outside of what has been approved in sections in state public health law.Neri ruled that the Respondents were specifically prohibited from implementing and mandatory immunization program for adults and children outside of what has been authorized by the legislature, writing,The Mandate is beyond the scope of Respondents’ authority and is therefore null, void, and of no effect,...

The Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati on Thursday affirmed a lower court’s ruling that the vaccine mandate for federal contract workers is unconstitutional. The majority opinion stated that a broad interpretation of the mandate could provide the president “nearly unlimited authority to introduce requirements into federal contracts.” The court said Biden wanted it “to ratify an exercise of proprietary authority that would permit him to unilaterally impose a healthcare decision on one-fifth of all employees in the United States. We decline to do so.” Judge Kurt Engelhardt, writing for the majority, demonstrated the fallacy of the government’s...

Fox Sports reporter Allison Williams is one of two former ESPN employees suing the Worldwide Leader over their termination for refusing to comply with the company’s COVID-19 vaccination mandate. Williams and former producer Beth Faber filed a joint lawsuit on Wednesday, claiming ESPN and Disney violated their religious beliefs. In the 83-page complaint, filed in Connecticut, Williams claims she applied for an “exemption from vaccination on grounds of disability” as she was set to undergo in vitro fertilization. She later applied for a religious exemption, which was denied and led to her exit from the company in October 2021.

An Army captain was separated from the service for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine as the GOP attempts to roll back Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s military vaccine mandate. Capt. Stephen Rogerson (a pseudonym) has served in the Army for 17 years, and on Dec. 6, a three-person administrative board voted to separate him from service. On the same day, the House passed an $858 billion defense funding bill, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for the fiscal year 2023, that included a provision to rescind the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. But soldiers like Rogerson are “falling through the...

A top general in the Marine Corps has acknowledged that the COVID-19 vaccine mandate is hampering its recruitment goals, but he credited the requirement with keeping military personnel healthy.Marine Corps Commandant Gen. David Berger made the comments during a panel discussion at the Reagan National Defense Forum in Simi Valley, California, on Dec. 3.“Where it is having an impact for sure is on recruiting, where in parts of the country there’s still myths and misbeliefs about the backstory behind it,” Berger said, Military.com reported. The general noted that the requirement for military personnel to be fully vaccinated has created recruitment issues...

Happy Veterans’ Day! A great day to remember that freedom isn’t free, and to thank all those people in our lives who served or are serving in our nation’s military. West Point military academy chose a method of celebrating Veterans’ Day that was a little less focused on freedom and appreciation for service members, however — the day before the holiday, West Point gave unvaccinated cadets 10 hours to agree to get the COVID-19 vaccine or face punishment and potential expulsion. Because nothing says “Thank you for your service” like threatening to ruin your life for not taking an experimental...

Residents of the Big Apple have plenty to fear these days. Violent crime is one of those things. In fact, it is probably the most important thing. Just this past week, a man was arguing with a woman in a subway station in the Bronx. During the argument, the woman pushed the man into a group of three other men, who slashed his face with an ice pick. An ice pick? I thought those were only used by Victorian-era serial killers and psychopaths in movies. Where does one even get an ice pick these days? Last Friday, a woman who...

Hollywood star Fran Drescher — who is the president of SAG-AFTRA, Hollywood’s largest actors union — has blasted COVID vaccine mandates as an infringement on basic liberties, saying no one should be forced to take the vaccine as a condition for work, travel, dining, or attending public events. In a recently posted TikTok video that has gone viral, Fran Drescher warned that overzealous mandates could turn into a form of “fascism.” ... to make that one vaccine the criteria for who is allowed to work, travel, dine, go to theater, etc., is an infringement on the Disabilities Act, the Freedom...

How bad is the rise in mortality? So bad funeral companies are starting to worry. Today Service Corporation International, the largest for-profit funeral operator in North America, had its quarterly earnings call. SCI had another great quarter, you’ll be pleased to hear! The bombshell statement was shared by convoy lawyer Keith Wilson during testimony at the Public Order Emergency Commission as well as a subsequent scrum with reporters... Testifying under oath, Wilson confirmed organizers were receiving information from “sympathetic” police agents throughout the protests in Ottawa last winter. That information was then collated by protesters in Ottawa who were “former law enforcement officers, ex-military, and ex-CSIS personnel”, according to a written summary of an interview with commission lawyers. Speaking to reporters after his testimony, he described the police leaks as “constant and extensive” and confirmed organizers knew how police were going to...

Back in the middle of the pandemic when the new vaccines (such as they were) were beginning to roll out, Massachusetts Republican Governor Charlie Baker introduced one of the strictest mandates seen in the nation. All executive branch workers in the state, along with the police and other first responders, had to be vaccinated or either resign or be fired. There was no option to submit regular negative COVID tests offered. Applications for medical or religious exemptions were “accepted,” but basically none of them were approved. More than 1,000 workers lost their jobs. But this week, it would appear that portions...

All together now: Healthy children are at a vanishingly small risk for serious illness or death from COVID-19, and the novel mRNA shot can produce harmful side effects in young people, with myocarditis in young men being especially pronounced. In recognition of these clearly observable trends, some countries, such as Holland and the UK, have recommended children not get COVID shots. Yet, inexplicably, the CDC’s advisory panel voted unanimously on Wednesday to add the COVID shot to the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. (Well, inexplicable unless you look at them as compromised hacks in bed with Big Pharma.) Panel member...

Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer said she doesn’t support “requiring the COVID vaccine” for school kids after being put on the spot by Republican gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon during their debate on Tuesday night. “I want to be very clear about this. This is a parent’s decision. There will never be a mandate for the COVID-19 vaccine for children to go to school in a Dixon administration,” said Dixon, who has made Whitmer’s leadership during the pandemic a key issue in the election race. The question, raised during the debate, comes after the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention...
