A new survey released by researchers at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education shows that loneliness is on the rise in the United States and depicts how it can lead to a wide range of other health problems. “Making Caring Common” is a project of the Harvard Graduate School of Education. A Florida man who allegedly stole a car, killed a dog -- and possibly chickens -- and chased a man with an ax was found naked in a chicken coop Tuesday, police said. John Mehne, 25, of Sarasota, Fla., was arrested Tuesday after New York State Police responded to a call about an Audi, parked facing the wrong direction, on Interstate 81, roughly three miles from the Pennsylvania border.
