MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The man accused of shooting a FedEx employee in the hub parking lot in October has been released without bond. 18-year-old Tyreese Earnest was charged with attempted second-degree murder, employment of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, and vandalism. Earnest was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to be back in court on November 26.
