I have heard rumors of there being an established ISIS training facility south of Houston somewhere. Does anyone know of its location or where it is rumored to be? Maybe someone that lives in the area? Disregard that It doesn't make sense that it would reported here in a forum like this but this is a rumor that is flying around. Comments?
