(DC News Now) — A woman filed a lawsuit against Outback Steakhouse, stating she had serious injuries after slipping on mashed potatoes. The amount for which she is suing: $1.5 million. Tracy J. Renshaw initially filed a civil lawsuit in Loudoun County Circuit Court in 2025. The company requested that the case be moved to U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, in 2026.
