Miniature horse breeder Jeremy Beale said he found the horse, "Smokey," lying in the corner of his pen last Wednesday. "He was breathing through a hole in his neck," Beale said. "His neck was completely full of puncture wounds. His muzzle was covered in puncture wounds." Beale said he's worried the dogs will attack a child....
