My Father was a WWII and Korean War Veteran. It is a very long story, but the bottom line is that I found a US Army Veteran buyer for the real estate who offered to pay the official New Mexico appraisal value of $83,000 and change --- both of us "aware" that the real value would be higher than his bid.
