For over a decade, a Bosnian soldier, former Staff Sergeant Wayne Ingram, has been helping a boy with a condition called Tessier facial cleft. This condition is so rare that there are only 26 cases reported worldwide. And, unfortunately, in some countries cleft or palate deformities are considered reasons for abortion.Ingram met four-year old Stefan Savic while on patrol in Eastern Europe and decided he should help him by having fundraising drives.
