RIVERSIDE — A Riverside restaurant is holding a contest to rename its "squaw" bread after a customer refused to use the name, saying it is offensive. Backstreet Restaurant owner Keith Holloway tells the Riverside Press-Enterprise (http://bit.ly/1HYpPJI ) that a woman pointed to the dark brown, molasses-sweetened bread on the chalk menu board when ordering a few weeks ago.
