The sheriff of Grayson County, Virginia, said Monday that if gun control legislation proposed by Democrats passes, his department will not enforce those state laws. "If the bills go through as proposed, they will not be enforced; they're unconstitutional," Sheriff Richard Vaughan said. "We swore to uphold the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Virginia, and that’s what we’ll do."

The group organizing today's gun rally in Richmond, Virginia has issued a last minute alert warning of threats against its speakers.

Former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg has successfully blocked video from a controversial talk he gave at the Aspen Institute last week from being posted online. At the Institute’s Feb. 5 event, the pro-gun control multi-billionaire suggested keeping guns out of the hands of young, male minorities. Ninety-five percent of murders are attributed to the group, said Bloomberg, who has spend tens of millions of dollars on various gun control initiatives, including the group Everytown for Gun Safety. “These kids think they’re going to get killed anyway because all their friends are getting killed,” Bloomberg said at the summit....

A Virginia Antifa chapter has released a hit list of several conservative figures and journalists who will make an appearance at the 2nd Amendment rally in Richmond, Virginia, on Monday. Patrik Mathews, formerly with the Canadian Forces, was arrested by the FBI on gun charges. Mathews, along with two other men are allegedly connected to a neo-Nazi gang. The men allegedly planned to attack a Virginia gun rally scheduled for next week. The charges against Mathews include the transporting of a firearm and ammunition with intent to commit a felony and breaking immigration laws.
