Twenty-four-year-old Horace Watters of North Philadelphia is charged with murder. Police say he beat his girlfriend's 4-year-old daughter to death because the disabled girl wasn't potty training fast enough. Chardae Jackson held the heartbreaking reminders of her little girl Chardaisah, a young girl who suffered from Spina Bifida yet didn't let it get in her way. Chardae Jackson/victim's mother: "There was no limitations to what she'd do. She was the best." Four-year-old Chardaisah died Friday morning. An autopsy revealed...
