&#x26;#x3C;p&#x26;#x3E;In a motion filed by the state Attorney General&#x26;#x27;s Office, House Speaker Jim Black and Senate leader Marc Basnight asked that maps drawn three weeks ago by a Johnston County judge be barred from use because they would harm minority voters.&#x26;#x3C;/p&#x26;#x3E;
