<description>LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - In 2005, some people wanted the word &#x26;#x22;brainstorming&#x26;#x22; replaced by &#x26;#x22;thought shower&#x26;#x22; so as not to offend people with brain disorders, and they also wanted &#x26;#x22;deferred success&#x26;#x22; to replace &#x26;#x22;failure&#x26;#x22; so as not to embarrass those who don&#x26;#x27;t succeed. Both phrases appear on a tongue-in-cheek list released on Thursday of the year&#x26;#x27;s most politically correct words and phrases issued by Global Language Monitor, a nonprofit group that monitors language use.
