Watching the media coverage of Cincinnati man Nathaniel Jones being beaten by police as he tries to attack them and get away, I noticed that none of the shows mentioned the fact that Jones used a racial slur before charging one of the officers. As he approached them, Jones shouted out something like "Leave me alone white boy." I don't have any doubt that if the officers had made a racial remark to Jones, they'd be railroaded out of town immediately. Did anyone else notice Jones' slur?
