(WBTV) - A political candidate in North Carolina dropped out of the race after he was recently arrested. That candidate -- 37-year-old William “Liam” Schuyler Jr. -- was running to represent District 6 on the Pitt County Board of County Commissioners. An arrest warrant alleged that Schuyler took a picture of a female without her consent on May 1. He was subsequently charged with felony secret peeping and was arrested on June 30.
