  • Senator Ted Cruz Demands Supreme Court Hear PA Emergency Appeal

“Today, an emergency appeal was filed in the U.S. Supreme Court challenging the election results in Pennsylvania. This appeal raises serious legal issues, and I believe the Court should hear the case on an expedited basis. “The Pennsylvania Constitution requires in-person voting, except in narrow and defined circumstances. Late last year, the Pennsylvania Legislature passed a law that purported to allow universal mail-in voting, notwithstanding the Pennsylvania Constitution’s express prohibition. “This appeal argues that Pennsylvania cannot change the rules in the middle of the game. If Pennsylvania wants to change how voting occurs, the state must follow the law to...

Rules are sort of everything. We accept the results of a contest of any kind, only because we believe rules were followed. Our guy lost, but we have confidence that it was a fair fight. Once that confidence is gone, once we begin to believe that the game is rigged and that we have been cheated, all bets are off. This is true in sports. It is true in business. It is even more true in the realm of politics and governance. Our republic was founded on the bedrock of constitutional principles. We have accepted the results of elections and...

A man who stopped for takeout late Sunday night in Philadelphia thwarted a robbery, police said. Police told the Daily Caller they received an emergency call for a robbery-shooting inside Wingstop in the 2100 block Cottman Avenue around 10:15 p.m., where an unidentified 53-year-old male was robbing the store at gunpoint. “[He] walked in, went behind the counter, announced a robbery and asked for all the money,” Philadelphia Police Department Chief Inspector Scott Small told WPVI. However, before employees could hand over the cash, an unidentified 27-year-old entered the store, according to police. The man was unaware that he walked...

The Kraken was released. Two of them, actually, as Sidney Powell made public her lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan late yesterday. Things are starting to turn in President Trump’s favor. The Two Mikes were honored to be able to host Lt. General Tom McInerney (Ret’d) on this Thanksgiving morning. General McInerney gave a concise and very specific update on the status of the Democrats’ attempt to steal the election from Trump and loyal Americans. He noted, in particular, that the evidence presented by Mr. Giuliani and his team on Wednesday, and the evidence contained in Sidney Powell’s filings on the...

The PA State Senate hearing today in Gettysburg revealed that Delaware County's voter books and other election information have gone missing. There is no way to verify election results without this information. Despite this, Delaware County certified its election results. You would think that the missing voter books would be a headline story in Delaware County. However, the local paper, The Daily Times, is devoid of such an article. In fact if you go to their website you will find the "above the fold" story is "Biden certified as winner of Pennsylvania presidential vote."

The Donald J. A group of Republicans, including Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) are launching a lawsuit — in the hopes of blocking the certification of Pennsylvania's election results — that claims a state law passed in 2019 allowing for universal mail-in voting is unconstitutional. If that were the case, mail-in ballots would be invalidated, likely swinging the state back to President Trump.

I went looking for an article or tweet on this and did not find anything so I am just posting a vanity.Kirkland Ellis, one of the law firms representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Secretary of State has stepped down. They are no longer representing the SoS. This comes after employees of Kirkland Ellis threatened members of President Trump's legal team and their families. The Trump Campaign asked a court for sanctions against Kirkland Ellis earlier in the day. The Marxist Judge did not find in favor of the Trump Campaign. I suspect that the evidence of physical threats was so great...

Exactly 1 week later, Trump signed EO 13849 Authorizing the Implementation of Certain Sanctions Set Forth in the Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act This second EO cuts off the blood supply to any sanctioned entity or individual in EO 13848 - MONEY. President Trump's campaign filed a lawsuit on Wednesday over election results in Pennsylvania, arguing that he should be named the winner in the battleground state and that the GOP-controlled state legislature should be given the authority to assign its electoral votes, according to multiple reports. The suit also argues that the campaign’s constitutional rights were violated because observers were not given adequate access as election officials processed mail-in ballots. The claim was dropped in an earlier version of the lawsuit.

Voters who want a recount in their precinct can contact their county election boards in groups of at least three, producing affidavits that allege fraud or error. County election boards must resolve such claims before they issue certified counts, due Nov. 23. There are about 9,100 precincts across the state. Once a county declares it has finished its count — a date that will vary — a five-day period starts, during which groups of at least three voters in a precinct can assert claims of fraud or error before their county’s common pleas court. In each precinct, that requires the...

Surging COVID-19 cases led all of Pennsylvania’s neighbors to enact new restrictions in recent days but Gov. Tom Wolf has avoided a statewide rollback so far. In recent weeks, the state repeatedly broke its single-day record for new coronavirus cases, with health officials warning of substantial spread in 59 counties. Meanwhile, 9.6% of all tests coming back positive, a sign of undetected transmission across the state. The state Department of Health reported 9,675 new positive cases over the weekend, bringing the statewide total total to 269,613. In all, 9,325 people have died from COVID-19. At a press conference Monday morning,...

A Pennsylvania federal appeals court rejected the Trump campaign's attempts to block more than 9,000 absentee ballots that arrived after Election Day. The Supreme Court in October ruled the state could extend its deadline to receive mail-in ballots by up to three days after Election Day, as long as they were postmarked on or before Nov. 3. Three judges rejected a string of the campaign's lawsuits, which tried to block a total of 9,300 mail-in ballots Friday. They noted the "vast disruption" and "unprecedented challenges" facing the nation during the COVID-19 pandemic as they upheld the extension.

(HARRISBURG, PA.) – November 5, 2020: The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) filed an amended lawsuit against the Pennsylvania Department of State for failing to reasonably maintain voter registration records under federal and state law (Public Interest Legal Foundation v. Boockvar). The Public Interest Legal Foundation recently found at least 21,000 apparently deceased registrants on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls in the final weeks of the 2020 Election cycle. The Foundation’s amended complaint, filed today, notes in part: “[A]as of October 7, 2020, at least 9,212 registrants have been dead for at least five years, at least 1,990 registrants have been dead...
