President Obama on Sunday called Jonathan Gruber “some adviser who never worked on our staff.” Obama told Chief White House Correspondent Ed Henrythat he had “just heard about” the multiple times Gruber was caught on camera bragging about helping the White House exploit “the stupidity of the American voter” to pass the health law.President Obama’s re-election campaign featured the now-infamous MIT economist Jonathan Gruber in a video, in which Team Obama highlighted Gruber’s role in crafting ObamaCare to attack claims made by former Massachusetts Governor and 2012 Republican Presidential nomineeMitt Romney. Watch here.

I propose an addition to the OFFICIAL FREE REPUBLIC LEXICON. Gruber, grubering and grubered are so much more suited than the "old school" lie, lieing and lied. Who knows, these great and expressive terms might, with a little shove, catch hold in the national lexicon.

Rush Limbaugh (11/14/14): "The Limbaugh Theorem ... briefly, explains how year after year, for a total of six years, that Obama was never held accountable for any of the mess that he created. ... So right on schedule, the White House is mad, mad enough to spit. They're angry as hell at what Jonathan Gruber did, as though they had no idea."

BRISBANE, Australia—President Barack Obama disputed controversial comments from a former consultant on his health-care law, who said the White House misled Americans to get the legislation passed. “The fact that an adviser who was never on our staff expressed an opinion that I completely disagree with in terms of the voters is not a reflection on the actual process that was run,” Obama declared at a press conference ..."

3rd Great AwakeningJonathan Gruber, MIT economist and a key architect of ObamaCare, has proudly boasted he relied on his perceived “stupidity of the American voter” as his basis for designing ObamaCare. Gruber visited the White House more than 18 times prior to ObamaCare’s passage, met privately with Barack Obama in the Oval Office, was paid more than $400,000 by taxpayers, had his admittedly deceptive “research” prominately published on the White House’s website, and was publicly praised by Democrat Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, in 2009 (before she denied even knowing Gruber this week). The democrat party’s coordinated Gruber deceptions,...
  • BarackObama.com: "Jon Gruber Helped Write Obamacare"

According to BarackObama.com, President Obama's official website, Jon Gruber "helped write Obamacare." The post was written in 2012 and was about specific quotes from President Obama trying to tie Mitt Romney to ObamaCare by saying that "RomneyCare" was the model for the Affordable Care Act. In an act to hide the connection to Barack Obama after Gruber's quotes about the "stupidity of American voters" went viral, the article has been taken down by Organizing for Action. However, it was online as recently as August of this year, and a cached version still exists that clearly shows its original content. Here...

A man named Rich Weinstein is the latest hero of the new media. About a year ago, his health insurance coverage was cancelled because of Obamacare’s broken promises. A replacement plan would have cost him twice as much. Upset, he turned into a citizen journalist on a mission. His diligent efforts over the past year have resulted in a suddenly huge political and media firestorm. Weinstein had been an Obamacare supporter, because he had believed in the plan, as it had been so adamantly pitched by Obama and by Democrats — but having lost his health coverage, contrary to Obama’s...
