Andrew Hitas, 65, of Palm Coast, pleaded guilty to the charge in December. He had a computer with 3,904 images and 514 videos depicting child pornography, as well as logs of online conversations between Hitas and another individual discussing sexual molestation of children, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida said in a statement Tuesday. The group filed a motion in Richmand, Virginia to invalidate a state ban on such camps. The state had imposed the ban because White Tail Park had attempted to operate a camp last year for kids aged 11-18. The ACLU is attempting to make the argument that lawmakers over reached and over reacted to the camp by passing such a ban. The ACLU is also arguing that such a ban "interferes" with the "right" of a family to raise and nurture their children.... Actually, according to the Times, “‘The Nudist Association, the larger of two nationwide, sees this as a place to train ‘youth ambassadors’ to what nudists call the ‘textile’ world.”’ Apparently, there is a movement to convert or at least desensitize us all to nudity.
