SAN FRANCISCO -- Giancarlo Stanton has ruled out the San Francisco Giants and St. Louis Cardinals as teams he's willing to be traded. The Giants announced Friday they were no longer in the mix to work out a trade for the Marlins slugger and National League MVP after having reached the parameters of a deal with new Miami CEO Derek Jeter and his team. "Our agreement with the Marlins to acquire Giancarlo Stanton subject to his waiving of the no-trade clause will not move forward and it is our understanding that the Marlins and Stanton are exploring other options," the...

Among all the women who have accused all the various men, Leeann Tweeden has pictorial evidence: the infamous photo of Al Franken with his hands over her breasts. So why would Mika Brzezinski single out Tweeden to cast doubt on her veracity? On today’s Morning Joe, Brzezinski said: “We’ve never really talked about the woman who first came out against Al Franken . . . Playboy model who goes on Hannity, who voted for Trump . . . I’m just wondering if all women need to be believed.” Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

In the last 12 months, U.S.-backed combat operations drove ISIS from its last bits of territory. America withdrew from the Paris agreement on climate change, UNESCO, and the Trans-Pacific Partnership. The House and Senate have come within sight of overhauling the tax code and dismantling Obamacare. Most recently, Donald Trump -- in a spectacular departure from his predecessor's Middle Eastern diplomacy -- has moved the U.S. embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. It is as if a hurricane has swept through Washington. Each fallen pillar represents a very deliberate reversal of the status quo ante policies of Barack Obama. The entire...

The likes of Kirsten Gillibrand parade themselves as paragons of avenging feminist virtue in calling on Sen. Al Franken to resign. But the Morning Joe crew sees another motive behind the Democrat’s move to force Franken out: “cynical politics.” Mika Brzezinski, Joe Scarborough, and Willie Geist all made similar points: the move to defenestrate Franken is really about Democrats trying to give themselves the high ground on the issue of sexual misconduct. The Dems’ real target is Roy Moore. Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

In case you were keeping score, the number of women accusing Al Franken(swine) of sexual misconduct is now seven. Seven women have accused Franken of either groping them, or trying to kiss them, with the latest one – a former Congressional aide – claiming Franken(swine) asserted that sticking his tongue down her throat was his “right as an entertainer.” “He was between me and the door and he was coming at me to kiss me,” the woman told Politico. “It was very quick and I think my brain had to work really hard to be like ‘Wait, what is happening?’...

SJWs do something similar with regards to various forms of bigotry. Their goal isn’t necessarily to defeat bigotry, as some of the more honest among their number admit that it isn’t really possible to eliminate all biases in human beings in the first place. And even the most idiotic of SJWs has to know deep down that in America, we have it pretty good with regards to demographic group tolerance – or we did, anyway, before SJWs started screwing around with it again. Rather, the goal of the SJW is to signal that he is not racist/sexist/whatever. Like the guy...

Hang in there, Al baby! That’s Chris Matthews’ message to embattled Senator Al Franken. Despite many of his fellow Dem senators and the head of the DNC calling for Al’s head over allegations of sexual misconduct, Matthews, on this evening’s Hardball, encouraged Franken not to cave—at least not right away. Excerpts: “Now here’s the question. What does he got to gain in quitting? Why isn’t in his interest to say, you know what? I’m going home this holiday season and I’ll think about it . . . The reason I say this is, won’t he regret any impulsive decision? ....

George Washington University recently spent half a million dollars inaugurating its new president over a three-day period, a price tag that comes after recent budget cuts and employee layoffs. When university president Thomas LeBlanc was sworn into office in November, the school spent about $500,000 on a three-day series of events, according to The GW Hatchet, the campus newspaper. The schedule of events, according to the university’s website, included a student brunch, a ninety-minute inauguration ceremony, an “inaugural celebration,” an invitation-only dinner at the Library of Congress, and a faculty-only reception at the president’s home.

I’m not an attorney, so I’m ill equipped to discuss the merits of the prosecution’s case. All I know is a beautiful, innocent young woman’s life was snuffed out by an illegal alien drug dealer, who already had racked up seven felony convictions at the time of the shooting. That’s right. He’s an illegal alien. He’s not an undocumented immigrant. He’s not an undocumented worker. He is here illegally—for the sixth time—after having been booted from this country five times prior to this incident. The feds just can’t seem to keep this turd out of our country. So, I don’t...

Today, the United States Supreme Court upheld the law. Specifically they decided that the travel ban, which we’ve written about often, instituted by President Trump can move forward. Via Legal Insurrection: The Supreme Court will allow President Trump’s Third Travel Ord to take full effect, the Justices ruled in two Orders Monday afternoon staying lower court rulings enjoining the Travel Order President Trump’s Third Travel Order restricted entry of nationals from Syria, Libya, Iran, Yemen, Chad, Somalia, North Korea and Venezuela. Lower court rulings, specifically those from radical judges from Maryland and Hawaii, were stayed. You can read them here...

What we know about corrupt FBI Agent Peter Strzok: He was on the reviewer list for Comey’s draft exoneration memo. The one where Comey pronounced her innocent before interviewing her. He changed Comey's earlier draft language describing Clinton's actions as "grossly negligent" to "extremely careless." (CNN) He then interviewed Hillary, and followed the previously written exoneration script. Not recorded. Not under oath. He interviewed Flynn, re: lying to the FBI crap fest. And was instrumental in bringing charges. He was having an affair with another Mueller lawyer. Who apparently (earlier?) worked for McCabe. Corrupt McCabe. He was on Mueller’s “Get...

Despite that slight, Trump made the promotion of policies that support a healthy oil and gas industry a centerpiece of his campaign strategy from beginning to end. During his speeches, the primary and general election debates, and the hundreds of rallies he conducted before crowds of thousands of supporters, candidate Trump talked about issues all too familiar to those in and around the nation’s oil patches: the Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines, EPA’s Waters of the United States regulatory scheme, the Clean Power Plan and the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) hydraulic fracturing rule. At a September 2016 rally...

Day 44.1 Is Peter Strzok Really Andrew McCabe? Rogue actors close to Intel Community like to create characters to throw attention away from real culprits. They take a name and throw a 'z' into the middle, then run a narrative through their media assets. Later the strawman is found dead or fled to someplace unknown. His Wikipedia page is pretty thin. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Strzok One would think that such a high profile agent would have a resume a mile long. And isn't the timing interesting? Webb files a lawsuit against McCabe last week, connecting all the dots, a case that McCabe will...

The College Football Playoff committee has spoken and Alabama is in over Ohio State as the fourth team and will play Clemson in the Sugar Bowl semifinal. Bama-vs.-Ohio State was debated heavily following the conference championship games on Saturday. Ohio State had a conference championship and more impressive wins. But they also had something Alabama did not have, a second loss, an ugly 33-point debacle against Iowa. The decision was also controversial because it means this year's playoff will have no teams from the Big Ten and the Pac-12. Instead, it will have two teams from the SEC, including one...

There's plenty of news coming out of Las Vegas about the home detention release of those currently on trial and still facing trial in the Bunkerville Standoff case, but Cliven Bundy has decided to stay behind bars noting that home detention is not freedom. His wife, Carol Bundy, spoke to the news media Friday afternoon outside the federal courthouse in Las Vegas as defendant Ryan Payne left the building going to his home detention. Here is an excerpt of what she had to say: "My family made a stand in 2014, made a peaceful protest and we exercised our First...

Not the first time that POS Brian Ross conveniently lied about or faked a story to further an agenda. It's also not the first time the jaundiced swamp-whores and crypto-Never-Trumpers at FOX ran breathlessly to their mics, barely able to contain their glee; Our president was heading for the unthinkable constitutional crisis they've been vying for and the stock market was crashing on the news. YAAAAAAAAYYYYY! This is worse than yelling "fire" in a crowded movie theater. No objective person can deny that they are attempting to overturn an American election and hobble the will of The People... often in...

Nothing to see here, folks, move along. Nothing to see here. – ABC’s Brian Ross proved once again yesterday that he really should be working at CNN. Ross’s breathless morning report that Mike Flynn was ready to testify that then-candidate Donald Trump had instructed him to collude with the Russians to try to impact the election threw the entirety of the fake news media and social media into a tizzy, with liberals at every media outlet excitedly predicting that this was the “beginning of the end” for President Trump. There was just one problem, though: the story was, as Ross’s...
