An 80 year old Rantoul woman is in the hospital after she says a Pitbull attacked her. It happened last week at her home. Eleanor McDonald broke her hip and her hand. Her son is looking for answers. McDonald's son Richard says his mother is fighting for her life. He says Eleanor was taking her dog outside. The girl will need the services of a plastic surgeon, Lausten said via e-mail. A 36-year-old man was cited in connection with the incident. The Nebraska Humane Society siezed the dog. -Andrew J.
