He is accused of planning terrorist attacks against security forces and Jewish civilians using explosive devices and deadly poisons. According to the indictment, filed by attorney Amichai Marks of the Jerusalem District Attorney's Office, Shalabi is a third-year pharmacy student who also worked as a pharmacist's assistant.
