Gov. Andrew Cuomo unveiled a statue honoring Mother Frances Cabrini in Battery Park City Monday to mark Columbus Day. The Columbus Day Parade went virtual this year thanks to the coronavirus pandemic and Cuomo served as the parade’s grand marshal.
