Mr. Littman, husband of the well known islamic scholar Bat Ye'or, addressed the delegates about the danger of creating the word "islamophobia" and the endemic antisemitism spread in the muslim world. The Egyptian ambassador interrupted him and told the President of the Council that discussing religion was out of order at the United Nations.
