President Donald Trump might not be getting rid of his eldest daughter and son-in-law anytime soon. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are reportedly looking to buy their first house in Washington, D.C., even amid reports that White House staffers want them to scram. In a rare interview, Kusher said his wife has been asking about purchasing a home in the nation’s capital, apparently countering reports that the couple might move back to New York after drawing too much scrutiny in D.C. “We’re here to stay. At the current moment, we’re charging forward,” Kushner told The Washington Post in a profile...

First Lady Melania Trump loves to rock a luxury designer coat, though she prefers to simply drape the outerwear over her shoulders. With her arms free from the sleeves of the coat, Melania transforms what would be a winter-look into an eveningwear ensemble that’s as elegant and fashion-forward as a Dior gown. This is known as “coat-slinging.” Once a look reserved for fashion insiders and editors, Melania is making coat-slinging the new American silhouette for this winter and early spring. For Melania, coat-slinging serves two purposes. The first purpose is practicality. Why wear a coat when you can drape it...

Handguns. Liberals tell us how evil they are. Liberals tell us how evil they believe Trump to be. They claim the Russians somehow meddled in our elections. What about the use of Russian handguns in murders in the United States? Almost never. Rarely are Tokarevs or Makarovs used in murders in the U.S. to kill someone. You would think the Russians would be more active in having their weapons used to kill U.S. citizens. Fact is, even though U.S. handguns are available in much higher numbers, that is not the issue statistically. THE truth is that Americans who buy Russian...

Full title: France: Veiled Muslima and two other Muslimas assault Jewish woman because she was wearing Star of David pendant. Welcome to the new, diverse France. The Qur’an depicts the Jews as inveterately evil and bent on destroying the well-being of the Muslims. They are the strongest of all people in enmity toward the Muslims (5:82); they fabricate things and falsely ascribe them to Allah (2:79; 3:75, 3:181); they claim that Allah’s power is limited (5:64); they love to listen to lies (5:41); they disobey Allah and never observe his commands (5:13). They are disputing and quarreling (2:247); hiding the...

She could soon be betrothed to a Prince, but Meghan Markle might not be the first in her family to have a Royal connection – albeit in a very different capacity. The American actress’s relatives – who are researching their family tree – say her great-great-great-grandmother, Mary Bird, worked at the Royal palaces. A database of Royal Household staff reveals a worker called M. Bird, who appears in the Windsor Castle Weekly Disbursement Book in 1856, which fits with the time that Mary would have been there. Details of Mary Bird’s life are scarce, but she was born in Ireland...

Full title: Islamic State orders Muslims to commit jihad massacres in Rome as jihadis posing as refugees stream into Europe. DEPRAVED Islamic State (ISIS) militants have ordered their brainwashed followers to attack the Italian capital which attracts millions of tourists a year, as fears grow lone wolves are moving across the continent while posing as refugees. With the Christmas period fast approaching, the barbaric terrorists have urged jihadis to target “young people, women and the elderly” in lone wolf attacks at tourist hotspots in Rome. In a chilling propaganda video, jihadis “call for arms for lone wolves” to attack Rome...

Full title ~ German city protects Christmas markets from vehicular jihad massacres with gift-wrapped car barricades ~ Wrapping up Germany’s capitulation and suicidal immigration policies in a neat little bow, and hoping the German people won’t notice that there is a war going on that has been enabled entirely by Angela Merkel and Co. Cities across Germany are boosting security for Christmas market season, following the deadly truck rampage in Berlin last year. The city of Bochum put out massive car barricades – and then giftwrapped them. Bochum authorities placed a string of 1.2 ton pellet bags in the downtown...

What You Need First you’ll need a roll of plastic wrap. If you want a bigger ball, you can always use more. The more gifts you want to add, the more rolls of plastic you will need (the average roll is about 200 feet long). If you’re feeling really generous, you could make that very best goodie a $100 bill like this Instagram user did. Then, pack in your prizes. Goodies can range from candy to cash. We suggest loading the outermost part of the ball with packs of gum or fun-sized candy bars. As you get closer to the...

From Hurricane Irma to the Northern California wildfires, this year has seen its fair share of natural disasters. These disasters may have you thinking about what you should do in the eventuality one hits your city - how do you prepare and should you think about leaving? According to an expert, a lot of what drives large-scale evacuations is mass hysteria and fear, and most natural disasters don't require an immediate evacuation because they can be predicted, for example hurricanes. However, there are certain things city dwellers can do in preparation for a sudden disaster. John Renne, the Director of...

Full Title: Marvel's Ike Perlmutter, a Trump Friend, Hopes Homeland Security Helped Solve Bizarre Mystery Perlmutter is now claiming extortion — and a court filing suggests that Trump's go-to lawyer may have known about it. For the longest time, decades in fact, Marvel chairman Isaac Perlmutter wouldn't show his face in public. The 74-year-old Israeli American could very well have taken a bow for rescuing Marvel Comics from bankruptcy in the 1990s or selling his company to Disney for $4 billion in 2009, but Perlmutter has never been interested in publicity. His aversion to the limelight runs so deep that...
  • People judge married couples with different last names

What’s in a name? A lot, according to researchers from the University of Nevada. Whether a woman takes her husband’s name after marriage or not, people pass judgment on the couple, they found. The scientists have conducted three studies on this topic to date. In the newest, published in the journal Springer, researchers found that when a woman chooses not to take her husband’s surname after marriage, people perceive her husband as being more feminine and less masculine. Those same women, on the other hand, are regarded to yield more power and to be more self-focused, ambitious and assertive, according...
  • Thge Day After Thanksgiving Letter -- vanity

An After Thanksgiving Day Letter: I hope that EVERYBODY, (yes, that includes you), had a wonderful, fulfilling, and delightful Thanksgiving. I know that there are those, that are wearing the uniform of our nation, in lots of mispronounced and misspelled places about the globe, doing their duty in keeping the rest of us safe and free. (ya hear that, ol' kaperwhatsit?) I know, because I was once one of them, myself. I know that there are those, ahem, "folks" (I'm trying to keep this postable), who have derided the Thanksgiving holiday, with their rather peculiar talking points. It is obvious...

Just finished up Season 6 over the Thanksgiving week. Generally, I thought the characters were interesting and the clash of culture also made for interesting story telling. My only criticism would be all the stupid things the Sheriff's department did in Season 5. Nonetheless; great series and the timing of it coming to a close was just about right. (Unlike "Lost")
