PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) -- The site of the sunken aircraft carrier USS Oriskany is now open to recreational divers off Pensacola Beach. "The Mighty O," as it's called, was sunk 24 miles off the Florida coastline by the Navy on Wednesday as the world's largest manmade reef.
