I just completed the second shot of the two dose Pfizer vaccine. I felt virtually nothing after the first shot and nothing after the second shot given about 15 hours ago. The injection consists of only 0.3 ml. Contrast that with the flu vaccine that is 0.5 ml. The first shot helps your body recognize the virus, and the second revs up your immune system. As you know, 99% of those infected with the virus recover fully.
