A BRAIN-DAMAGED man who repeatedly raped a 15-year-old girl will be imprisoned for three years, a court has ruled. But her friends who drugged her, failed to help her when asked, and one of whom also raped her have so far escaped prosecution, a judge said. The man, Kaisar Shlimon Malik-Kheyou, suffered frontal lobe damage in a car accident more than 10 years ago. NEWARK, N.J. - Two former roommates who set a dormitory fire that killed three students at Seton Hall University were sentenced Friday to five years in prison. A plea bargain spared Joseph T. LePore and Sean Ryan, both 26, from facing more than 30 years in prison if they had been convicted in a trial. They could be eligible for parole in 16 months. A Green Bay restaurant owner has been sentenced for hiring illegal aliens to work in his three restaurants and for providing them with false identity documents, according to U.S. Attorney Steven Biskupic in Milwaukee. Steven Metzler, 46, co-owner of Julie's Café L.L.C., was sentenced Oct. 13 to five years' probation and six months of house confinement. He also was fined $5,000 and Julie's Café was fined $20,000, Biskupic said. Julie's Café has two restaurants in Green Bay and one outlet in DePere.
