RICHARDS APPLAUDS NEW EFFORTS TO REMOVE LAKEFRONT SMELL MILWAUKEE - Today Rep. Jon Richards (D-Milwaukee) hailed the approval of a $138,000 State Coastal Management grant for the UWM WATER Institute to study and manage the source of the smell along Milwaukee's beaches.
